The Introduction to Cereal

Savannah and Alexander started eating cereal and vegetables around seven months. It was so fun to see their first introduction to cereal. They were not sure what to do. Savannah would push the food out with her tongue. Alexander is so funny when you don't feed him fast enough, he gets a little upset. It makes it difficult for me since I always feed the babies at the same time. I also love that they make a yummy noise letting me know that they are enjoying the cereal. It is so messy to feed babies but it is fun that they are at a new stage. They also have loved eating vegetables especially peas and sweet potatoes. Recently, I got some rice crackers called Mums Mums. They love to eat the crackers. Anything that is yummy and goes in their mouths they really enjoy. Here are a few pictures.
He is not sure what to think about the cereal.
Savannah loves to grab the spoon when I am trying to feed her.

Disneyland 2010!

Recently, we went on a trip to Disneyland. It was such a fun adventure.Although, I really missed Alex and Savannah. We were able to go because of Jason's wonderful mom babysitting the babies. We drove until we got to Las Vegas. We spent a few hours there before we headed to Primm to stay the night. Then we drove to Disneyland. We really enjoyed the beautiful day and all the fun rides we went on. It really wasn't too busy. Some of the fun highlights, we went to the Blue Bayou Restaurant. It is the Restaurant you see when you go on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. We got to experience Disneyland with Jeff. It was his first time to California and Disneyland. Indiana Jones ride. Short lines. Finding Nemo ride, I had never been on the ride. I love watching the Parade with all the characters. The next day, we went to Disneyland and the Ocean. Oh, How I love the ocean. We walked along the beach and dipped our feet in the water. The water was really cold. Then we headed home. It was short but was so much fun. Here are pictures from our trip.

Dancing, how romantic. I need to get Jason to take a ballroom dance class with me.

We love to hang out with our cousin!

It was so cute taking pictures of the Alex and Savannah with their cousin Braxton. Braxton was so gentle and sweet with the babies. When we took the babies off the chair, Braxton squeezed his hand upwards as if to say I want to hold Alex and Savannah longer, give them back please. It was so cute!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Here are some pictures of the babies on
St. Patrick’s Day!

Cute things twins do!

-One morning, I heard the babies cooing, Jason walked into their bedroom and he saw them smiling and cooing back and forth. It was like they were having a conversation. I wonder what they were saying.

-I was letting Alexander play with Savannah’s play mat and letting Savannah play with Alexander’s mat. Just to give them a change of scenery. The whole time they were playing Savannah watched Alex and was wondering why he was playing with her toys. Then I switched them back and she was content. It was so cute!

-Savannah was getting her diaper changed and Alexander started to cry, so Savannah reached over and held his hand as to say, you will be okay, don’t cry.

They do so many cute things. I love that they have so much fun being with each other. Never a dull moment.
