Happy Valentine's Day!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's Day! Jason and I stayed home to avoid the crowds. It was a wonderful day. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful husband. I love him! He is the best! He gave me a wonderful gift and each gift he wrote something that he loved about me. It was so thoughtful. I made him a card that was a decorated Chinese box with foam fortune cookies. It was cute. I put little sayings in all the fortunes. I also put on the box "I am so fortunate to have you" I also gave him candy and a movie. Then I made him a Chinese theme dinner to candlelight. I made ham fried rice, orange chicken and pot stickers. It was so yummy. Then for the dessert I attempted my first made from scratch cheesecake. It was a white truffle raspberry cheesecake. I was super excited when I took it out of the oven and it did not crack in the middle. Looked great and tasted amazing. Here are some pictures of the card and cheesecake.
