Our Adventures...

We have been loving the warmer weather. This last week, we went to temple square. It was a nice walk but it was really windy so we did not stay as long as I would have liked. I just love the beauty of temple square. We are going to have to make another trip to temple square so that we can see the new model of the temple in the visitor center.
We also went up to the Brighton Ski Resort and walk around Silver Lake. Alexander really liked the snow and pine cones. Savannah loved the water. They both loved the duck that was swimming around us. Jason and I really enjoyed taking the babies to the lake. We love the outdoors.
We decided to take Savannah and Alexander outside to play on the grass. They were not sure what to think about the grass but they really enjoyed the leaves and pine cones. It is fun to let the babies experience new things.

We are sitting up! Yeah!

About two weeks ago, Savannah and Alexander starting sitting up independently. They have so much fun sitting up and playing. They are definitely much more content. They also love to look at each other and play by each other. Both of them are rolling all over the place and are starting to try to crawl. Alexander is so cute because he crawls around in circles. They are growing up so fast. It is crazy. Here are a few pictures.

Silly Girl!

Jason put Savannah in her bouncy chair and went upstairs for a moment. He was watching the babies while I ran an errand. When I walked into the house I found Savannah in this position.

It was funny to see that she got out of her bouncy chair and that she was content and just relaxing for a moment. It was so cute.

The other day, I was getting the babies ready for the day. I had just finished combing Savannah's hair. I put her in her bumbo seat and she leaned over the side picked up the brush and started combing her hair and then she put in her mouth. It was darling!

The Introduction to Cereal

Savannah and Alexander started eating cereal and vegetables around seven months. It was so fun to see their first introduction to cereal. They were not sure what to do. Savannah would push the food out with her tongue. Alexander is so funny when you don't feed him fast enough, he gets a little upset. It makes it difficult for me since I always feed the babies at the same time. I also love that they make a yummy noise letting me know that they are enjoying the cereal. It is so messy to feed babies but it is fun that they are at a new stage. They also have loved eating vegetables especially peas and sweet potatoes. Recently, I got some rice crackers called Mums Mums. They love to eat the crackers. Anything that is yummy and goes in their mouths they really enjoy. Here are a few pictures.
He is not sure what to think about the cereal.
Savannah loves to grab the spoon when I am trying to feed her.
